If TIM goes bust, I doubt TIMPB will be worth anything;
And somebody asked the question about what happens to grower lots. This is the ansere I got from somebody who is a grower. It may not be correct but i think it is:
"They are looking for buyers of land and will lease business of trees but the money from trees and almonds is ours I believe"
