im shorting it thru cfd. lets say for example tim has declared bankrupt and the administrator announces that timpb holders are to receive $1 for each timpb and tim is to receive nothing, tim becomes worthless. as i shorted tim from 9 c, i receive 9 c of profits for each short as i dont need to pay anything to cover my shorts.
