A review of the Thor (Airstream) Agreement, page-7

The retainer was for application development and support.  Obviously more app development than support while they were building the Airstream app and integrating all the components.  The revised one is likely to be more support focused than app development, but reading between the lines, there is still Airstream related ongoing development.  It would appear to be a natural evolution of a relationship which is more intense during the development stage and then less intense but more drawn out under the ongoing support phase. It is worth noting that this new retainer is a 12 month contract that automatically renews unless a 60 day termination clause is activated.  Also, I suspect that this SoW only pertains to the Airstream brand and that any opportunities to expand beyond the Airstream brand, but within the Thor family (eg Jayco), would need a separate agreement.  Fortunately we have an umbrella Master Service Agreement with Thor to readily facilitate this.
