Correct. They’re not forcing the price down, just getting a little bit of liquidity day by day - so with no buyers it will just edge lower and lower until either 1) they’re done; or 2) a buyer emerges.
My guess is whichever broker is selling for Cormorant(?) is just following instructions to participate at a nominated % of daily volume, so more than likely they will sell some every close - unless a liquidity spike emerges during the day (as happened after the bounce off 0.60 a few weeks ago).
