Fair enough - I defer to your wisdom since you work in the field and I dont. Since you're following the thread, would you ever buy these shares? What do you think is fair value based on the factors you have outlined? I have bought these as the relatively stable dividend component of my equities portfolio and they seem fairly good value based on the fundamental metrics (ie. 8c plus dividend).
