I don't know Jack. I don't even think a PP resolution and/or Director buying would have a material enough impact.

The thought of converting 3m options and holding $150k of EMS bought at 5(.5)c with it having only traded there for a few days prior is not a prospect I relish.

The only realistic result will be the report coming out in December, giving the SP a solid move up towards 10c, with a decent safe base (of insto buyers) for option converters to sell into.

However I think we've all been in the EMS game long enough to know that if given a timetable of Late December or Early January, it would sadly be folly to hinge hopes on the former...
