    At what point will TTV be doing its due diligence investigations?

    The TTV announcement of 29 June says that "Priority One will give: "Two Way a reasonable opportunity . . . to review an advanced draft of the Target's [i.e., P1] Statement."

    If the timetable is stuck to, P1 will provide this advanced draft on 20th July.

    How do these things go? Could TTV do due diligence investigations before it received the advanced draft?

    And can the implementation agreement be terminated by either TTV or P1, or merely modified?
