Yes YC they are all interesting scenarios.The first step will be the appointment of a new Minister in charge of resources later this week..After that the new member for Mt Isa ,from Katter's Australia Party,who supports uranium will no doubt promote his ideas.At the same time SMM should be giving the Minister details of cash flows and resultant royalties from uranium mining.After years of drilling and exploration SMM should be able to present a strong case for mining.
If approval for mining is granted I would then expect the move to get rid of the small holders.I don't know whether the major holders will act in tandem or individually.Areva
holds just enough to stop PDN getting over 90%.
