Yes it is possible that a capital raising may be required if the company is unable to significantly increase sales revenue in the next 18 months. Personally I believe this is unlikely if the software technology is what they say it is, and what I accept to be a fair an honest characterisation. If, on the other hand, a capital raising is required to keep the company afloat in 12 or 18 months time, then it may be a signal to look for another place to invest. In this case it should be more than evident well before the current cash runs out.

It is also possible that the Company's business strategy changes in a way that requires raising of cash. In that case, we will need to decide whether we are comfortable to stay invested with that new strategy.
