re: a possible takeover target ...rr Jam , may appear that way i must admit but on another hand , why haven't they done so already. In three years they might take it over or just be happy with a JV.
A takeover may be the only way to get rid of the inept management who haven't progressed the share price in 3 years. The weary shareholders must hold out some hope i suppose.
