I have to agree with all posts, we must bear with management and hope that they are doing the right thing for us all. The thing I don't like is the convertable notes, they are a recipe to hold the share price down. I feel sure that for the little money that is being raised that small shareholders would have come up with the money and not have our holdings devalued as this only causes discent amongst us shareholders, management must start to believe in us that we genuinly have faith in the company and at least give us an opportunity to participite in any fund raising. At this stage management, to bypass us, have no faith in us to raise the money so they are not even trying. PLEASE in future give us a go.
