Resourceboom, that is a difficult estimate as I'm not sure how much DSA's earnings are going to contribute. The latest investor presentation gives a pro forma balance sheet of the two companies as a merged entity so best to use that. Also, are you going to divide by shares currently on issue or on a fully diluted basis as there's about 20 million options which haven't been converted? I always like to work of a fully diluted basis.

My estimate is 6c a share.

Also, if you read the latest activity update carefully Jamie is full of praise for DSA's business success and growth since it has merged with RQL. This is not surprising as formerly the company operated only in WA and now it will operate Australia wide, being exposed to RQL's clients across Australia and also having access to RQL's bases around Australia. I suspect DSA will emulate the original Resource Equipment Rental's growth path which began in WA, expanded to Queensland and now operates Australia wide. DSA has already started quoting on work in Queensland.

DSA is already looking like an excellent acquisition at a very reasonable price and is a great strategic move by the people at RQL.

Firsttothetable, I was surprised when I had a look at KBL as I was expecting another mining services company. My knowledge of junior miners is extremely limited so I wont comment. Good luck to you though, I hope it does well.
