Para # 2: you're right: demand is coming off, and so far there's no new cheap process of converting low quality P205 to that which companies like IFFCO want-e.g. P205 of min 30%, preferably 32% upwards.

Para # 3: regardless of "who Option holder is...", IMO it's clear they know little of the global Rock Phosphate and Fertilizer manufacturing industries!
