I don't think if they have to issue new shares there is any real ability to calculate the price, but I do agree with you. There was no talk about the possibility of including an inner rail, until this extension. Everything was repeated the EIS being launched would be a go imminently.
At one point these guys have got to pull this together, and get their work done. It's time to make this happen.
