Agree in principal that makes perfect sense as a sales strategy.
But I fear that advances in renewables like solar panels & lithium batteries over the last few yrs now make them a quicker, cheaper & more effective option on remote mine sites compared to ATEN.
Don't mind me as I'm probably wrong but I saw Boyd's acquisition strategy as an acknowledgement that ATEN has missed it's window and is now dead in the water.
3-5 yrs ago they would have had it by the balls but not now with the advances Tesla has brought into the energy sector.
