Big question - looks like HIL's needs to delever by $15-$20m (based on current cash burn, NWC / LVR lend ratio and underlying debt servicing capabilities). Refinanced banking deal due in next few weeks. What will be the outcome?
HIL's really needs to transact immediate asset sales and/or capital raising to address funding gap, thereby giving the business time to reset and the new vendor arrangements time to bloom.
Either way, things get worse before getting better IMO
