Another new all time low trading at 14 cents today.

Closing at 14.5 gives HILLS a new closing market Cap all time low of $33m.

From 90 cents to 14 cents in the last 12 months, trading as high as $1.35 last February.

Have a look at the chart, that is one very ugly head and shoulders pattern which formed between sept 2013 and july of 2014 with highs of $2.10.
That means the Company was in serious strife whilst that pattern was forming.
It has obviously "spruked" its way through that period with the chief Telstra spruker leading the way.

Once the reality of his ways was realised by the market HILLS has been continually punished.

Anyone remaining from Telstra or being employed from Telstra within that organisation should be hung out to dry with Ted Pretty if they havent already done so.

Upon Prettys departure, youve got to ask what level of management does this company have running it and what on earth are the board doing?
My take is, if the board dont understand the business intimately they will be fed Bulltish from management to make things sound good so management save their own bacon!!

Do management really understand the business? With all their retrenching and restructuring, are there sufficient people left with intimate knowledge to run the business and turn it around or are more mistakes to be made compounding the errors of others?

I have a theory that if good management have left and are now working with opposition companies, you need better management than you had to turn things around? Have they found better management with all their restructuring? Or are they relying on employees that have risen through the ranks due to managements departures?
Or have they introduced outsiders that dont understand the business?

Hills cant afford spruking of Teds nature to continue, but read their 6 month report, spruking spruking spruking!! Sure all the Telstra flogs have been removed? I'm not quite certain about that?

I have seen many many charts like this over the years, and not many survive.

Interesting to see now if Hills will??

    Cheers
