Pretty disappointing. Who would have thought HIL's s/p would be at these levels!!! I was chasing a falling knife all day on the bid. What is really going on here - Banks lost confidence?

Whilst previous management (Pretty) were part of the problem, do not underestimate the total incompetence of the Board - trying to run the company like a family owned vehicle of the Hills family legacy, without the commercial skills and capabilities to handle change.

My view is that the company needs to be fundamentally restructured. Needs to de-lever immediately and Chair and several of the NEDs needs to exit as a condition of new capital going into the company.
