On the call they said it is being considered in the board's discussions on optimising capital management. They're cashflow positive (and growing) and its capital light and scaleable model (people expense and modest IT capex) so you don't need to plough the all the cashflow or cash on hand into the business to expand further. As it stands, covering all expenses to maintain/drive growth, they'd just keep accumulating lots of cash. Only use of hording the cash is to buy something but they've been clear for a while there isn't much of interest/need so will be selective and not overly frequent. They have the ability to use debt as well. If there's nothing to buy, they business accumulates cash for no reason thus the next 2 options for the cash flows/cash on hand are divies or buy-backs.
