Grech got almost every share at no real money paid via IPO allocation and bonuses. He was paid enormous dividends plus salary for many years. In my view he did not care enough about ordinary shareholders to keep them informed of the situation. That's a crime and furthermore he did not lose his houses but sold them at a profit which were in the wife's name anyway.

Not one cent was paid back to the SH from the BOD because they structured the settlement offer to get off scot-free. Dudes' family are probably all celebrating how canny he was to cause so much damages to so many people and get away Scot-free. Same goes for JS and I bet they can't believe their luck that ASIC is completely brain dead and in a coma.
