Yeah OK I have never heard of Bill Express which would make it far different to the largest Law Firm in Australia spending 1.3 billion dollars of shareholders money for acquisitions overseas. Of course it will be sometime before we know how it will all play out. However I know funders and CA firms would not take on a $5m payout. In the meantime PwC recently OFFERED to settle a negligence audit lawsuit for $305m USD.
