SGH shares are independant from UK ownership. The selling insiders may or may not have sold off their UK ownership. What's important to know is they sold off the SGH shares like you own for $1.10 per share.

As far as if UK is making money or not you need to remember AC didn't pay 1.8 billion dollars like AG & Co but got the UK for virtually nothing. AC has zero debt worry and can even shift money from AU where they own 95% to UK where they own 100%. You and other outsiders will be informed of those type decisions long afterwards. Those currently running SGH have made it clear they work only for AC and don't give a rats about you.
