How can I put a value on the UK ops without knowing the financials? Doc has pointed out the UK ops are hiring more staff now and expect far more in future. AC are experts making money off crap companies because that's what they do for a living. I think they will make money off the UK business and AU too.

In any event the UK doesn't matter because shareholders own none of it. What we know is the Australian company is very overvalued and I expect we will see a correction starting tomorrow.
