    Only if AC want the tide to rise. They can easily and legitimately move money from SGH to AC as expenses not from profits. On the other hand they can show good profit and bring back dividends if they wish. There's strategic reasons for either option.

    It will be interesting trying to figure out the AC exit plan because they're not in the law business long term. SGH was just another carcass to pick clean and for AC there's a new distressed opportunity every day.
