EY the very same that has intimate inside knowledge of SGH. At times it pays to think outside the box and do some dot joining - not directly related to SGH, or is it!!

" Big Four accountancy firm EY has today announced its acquisition of legal services business Riverview Law as part of its concerted push into the legal sector. EY said the deal would help it support the expansion of its managed legal services business globally.
" Cornelius Grossmann, EY’s global law leader said: “This acquisition underlines the position of EY as a leading disruptor of legal services; it will provide a springboard for current EY legal managed services offerings and bolster the capabilities that we can help deliver for EY clients.” EY launched a UK legal business in 2015 focusing on financial services and corporate law."
