Bless him. I've rattled his cage. Good evening sir, how are we today? Have you been fed?

A nice simple question for you this evening to warm up those few brain cells. Why the derogatory tone about day traders? It is a legitimate and arguably more skillful art of investing than buy and hold. In fact the only difference is timeframe.

A market can be viewed over 10 yr, 5 yr, 1yr 1hr or 1 minute. Risk reward applies accordingly. Do you speak derogatorily about the corner shop that buys a stock of milk in the morning and sells it all by afternoon?

p.s. don't assume by the above that I fit a definition of day trader - just commenting.

And another p.s. if you own this forum would you please show evidence of that and I will gladly apologise for operating in your domain and wander off. I'm acting under the impression it is a public forum.
