Agreeed. I was stoked when Anchorage wanted all of SGH UK as part of the deal to save the AU parts. I just wished we’d gotten more than 5% but beggars can’t be choosers and that’s what we were. I would have sold my holdings if the original deal proposed proceeded. Luckily for us it was amended later on to what I eventually voted yes to. Maybe that was AG parting gift to remaining shareholders and who knows he might still be a shareholder.
