I'm pretty sure without checking that they have gone much longer than 2 months without an announcement as do the majority of ASX listings. SGH have been severely burnt by making forward looking statements or failing to make announcements when they know something so they won't do that until there is something material to announce. It's for this reason that I feel strongly that they will not have a magic beanstalk sprout of money to announce in August - they will be close to breaking even at best is my guess, otherwise I would be back IN.
