Revenue has nothing to do with cashflow. Different accounting concepts.

Revenue deals with sales (that may or may not have been converted into cash) and extraordinary income. You can't have negative revenue. The lowest one can only have zero revenue (haven't sold anything)

Cashflow deals with cash receipts and payments including borrowings - real money flows in and out not accrual records. Naturally cashflow can be positive or negative.

Now the above seriously is elementary 101 stuff, you really need help if that is confusing you.
