You said revenue will be flat or negative. I asked how can revenue be negative.
I'm unsure what led you down that drunken stupor about profits.
Then to top it off you imply I'm the one not understanding revenue is top line - hilarious!
Now you have acknowledged revenue is top line please explain how revenue can be negative as per your original post in this mini-series.
Finally, another example of your confused thoughts. A moment ago you claim to know I'm unsuccessful, a few minutes later I'm deceitful and con people out of their money. So do I make money or not?
As an aside what is the negative connotation about day trading? Do you go around pouring scorn on the corner shop because they stock up with milk in the morning and sell it all before the day is out - only to do the same again the next day!
Day trading, swing trader, investor, range trader - they're all just titles that describe the same objective. To maximise profits. The only difference is time period, they are no more or less palatable than the other.
If regard self as holier-than-thou, investing for ever in a company, then the rational investor should be pleased about day trader activity- as by definition they keep markets liquid and that creates greater buying opportunities to tuck under the mattress for the long term.
