I'm not sure 11574 shares changing hands for no reason is exactly a breakout.
But, I guess, it's the best that SGH has done in a while and might make those still holding (?) a bit hot and sweaty, ('see- I was right, it IS going to recover').
The next few days on HC should be a laugh.
