it is interesting. especially given the fact that nick has said, "i'm confident shareholders will accept the offer". IMO, Nick is rather saying, "any other bidders out there make an offer now, because I believe even something as low as this will be accepted by shareholders, so don't be afraid to make a slightly higher offer". This is just my opinion but I well and truly could be wrong.
