I think the issue EWC management keep on dragging these projects for very long with no end seen sooner. If we just look at the LNG in Indonesia, they have a huge opportunity loss because of the long long delays and now big price drop in Oil and Gas Sector. The Management is now silent without giving any firm dates to commission the LNG plant. Similarly, they are silent about the Pagbilao Power station and keep on missing their own imposed targets. I hope I am proven wrong but I doubt they will even be able to start these projects this year.
