I agree, the only thing to get this moving is when the Spanish look in their warehouses and find no potash left. Then it will be hell for leather and who cares about the environment. If they were seriously going green they would have to stop the barbaric act of bullfighting first. Better fun watching gladiators fighting. Oh wait, that's called politics I think.
