Commonwealth Courts Portal for this matter now states that the status of the Ample source v BMG proceedings is "Adjourned - Judgement Reserved" and is scheduled for judgement on 27 February 2012 at 10:00am - see link:

As I have noted on past posts, as I understand it orders have been made for BMG to be wound up and the outstanding judgement is just about who pays for the cost of the proceedings.

I think Nick will wait for this last part of the judgement before making any announcement.
