The off-take is for Al-sc master alloy, so it is not for scandium or scandium oxide. They say they are going to sell al-sc master alloys, I do not know anything about these, and would have to learn to see what is involved in producing them and how much scandium is in them.
Anyway thanks for the link, it has some good information and has rekindled my interest in SCY.
