cableguy...in tune with your points; I think the OBM idea is a good one but I am not predicting it.
And I agree with you, that it would be difficult in practice to get all parties to go along.
I think the PGM-CLQ combination would be the easiest to accomplish.
I doubt that AUZ would ever come in with Flemington.
