Just logically, you want to be moving low-value dirt and rock and clay as little as possible.
Once is best, from the ground to the ore crusher.
cableguy---I admit the possibility that PGM could have an independent scandium operation at Owendale, even though I have my doubts, and do not think it is a good idea. But the thread is titled "A Mega Mine", aka One Big Mine; and I think OBM it is a good idea, and I think Sunrise would be the logical center for it.
