Great news.
My comments were in reference to the One Big Mine concept, in that right now there are no processing facilities to negotiate with.
If a small Owendale scandium operation is started before Sunrise, I will tip my hat to them and be the first to congratulate PGM management.
But long-term I would worry about the neighbor's C1 costs and what price they will be selling scandium oxide for.
