Marcus....It is a lot more efficient to ship the raw ore once to where the autoclaves are, run the ore through the plant and have the sulates and scandium oxide shipped out. You don't need engineering or process expertise to see this.
I think this means that the best outcome is likely to be achieved with the OBM handling all the sales and processing, and the capex at the other places stay pretty much at zero.
The other parties can be compensated by a percentage of the income, and stock in the OBM.
