@ Bastomichael, how have you come to the conclusion to question "the $1 valuation that has been mentioned" ?
Why do you contradict yourself in any sentences that you write ?

Why would you put in a bid for a stock that you feel has just an " if any" upside value ?
What value do you find in having a brokerage report written about GEV ? Do you want to have someone else that you perceive has credibility to confirm or deny your worthless confused contradictory non convictions ?
