I understand what your saying and do agree but the purpose for my asking about a report was really just to even out what some on this thread had been saying
e.g GeV will be at $1.00 by Christmas. assumptions like that had been made a year prior to that assumption on its on.
never believed that and I only feel like an Idiot would.
in saying that, a re-rate should come before the end of
