I am sorry, but what you are providing here is not evidence; all I can say is that, when I called the FWO on July 30th, they could find no record of a recent judgement against either Atlas or TTN. Furthermore, as you can see from their website, the FWO publicly reports details of their recent litigation results; the fact that there is nothing about this one makes me think that it is either a pending case (i.e. one where no judgement has yet been made) or it is not a case at all.

The matter you have brought up is a very serious one; therefore, irrespective of whether there is any truth in what you have posted, I suggest that we go no further with this conversation if you keep making statements you cannot cogently and unequivocally corroborate with hard evidence, i.e. links to official documents.
