Yes Samsung got them self in a bit of strife.Tried to improve the charge time increasing voltage and not having enough cobalt to stablelise.Didnt think it would matter because it previously past vigorous testing at a lower charge rate.Big mistake..Lithium currently is improving efficiency 18% annually and the Giga factories of today are all being tooled for Lithium chemistry today.A change here will be an indication of the next transition but for the next decade or two Lithium has the advantage.
