This lends me to to believe the management aren't going to put their own funds in this project, they can't find an investor or borking firm that can raise money. However this is not the big picture.
If one believes Tungsten prices will remain at similar levels, then like every industry/commodity there will be a time when money will want to invest in this apparently not so exciting commodity
It might be 6 months, it might be longer but I would think the market capitalization will be a multiplication times the current 7 million
