Maybe management are arranging the takeover of VCN. However, VCN is not doing much. But looking interesting. I might put in an order at 2c with a 1.9c stop loss - to see if something is up. However, as I do not have much respect for URL capability in terms of them delivering, I am not prepared to give them much room to slip. Mmmm.. might have to think about this.
