Kosenar, it's tough, for sure. That's why the probability of success is never certain. We do not know what was said at the meeting but others do. That's why the trading will be interesting to observe.

My speculation (just that, I am not an insider): At the meeting the members of CHMP probably said something like, "While you did provide data on X, in response to our request, we still have some uncertainties about it that the data you provided hasn't assuaged. We can't asked you to provide more data but if you offer to provide more we are happy for you to have the details worked through with the working party so that there is no more uncertainty . But of course if you don't want to do that we will give our opinion now. What would you like to do?" We know what the company said. What they said to each other outside the meeting would have been interesting to hear too.
