I don't think it halts the share price - we should carry on as normal but with no overhang. All the larger funds have been waiting on the sidelines since April for IVA to confirm they are sellers - now that it is over, they will have to bid up for the stock if they want it because there will be not much around.
Everyone knows SOL's 19c is not a real bid. It puts a floor on the price though.
