    yeah - 'impossible' wasn't the correct choice of words - 'difficult' then.

    I must admit, I am rusty on how Purcell became a Shareholder or Director? I saw this abridged quote from the afr article that Stumpy posted on another thread, but I don't know details:

    "M&A Advisory's Andrew Purcell joined the Metgasco board in highly contentious circumstances two years ago. "

    You're right that the Board has done a decent job Masterfoods - BYE was certainly an excellent decision.
