It is usually quite the opposite, but can be used for both purposes. Unlikely here due to timing and the fact that you could dump a mil at 14.5 and not effect the depth too much anyway.
This is no reason to sell just befroe the report as the Annual report contained a lot of what the Q report will say and they are ahead of budget.
